All of these codes are writing down on paper, in English, in advance of purchase. No surprises.
4. PIP offer a comprehensive package to look after, maintain, and even rent out the villas during times when the owner is not on site. Who wants to return to their villa to find a green swimming pool or broken appliances? Not me.
